Visiting the Incheon National University Station after arriving in Songdo. Where is everybody? This is supposed to be a new international business district, but surely, people must live near to where they work? Or wait, does anybody work here? Is anybody here at all? Why is it so deserted?

Building Songdo is supposed to be a 10 year, $40 billion+ project, making it a rather huge gamble by the Korean government. It officially opened on August 7th, 2009. Taking this photo nearly four years later, I thought perhaps some people should maybe, just maybe, be around? Were they just all hiding in one epic game of hide and go seek? Hellloooo??? Ahnyeonghaseyo???
