Artificial pond built on the grounds of the ancient Silla palace, Banwolseong. It was constructed in the year 674 by the 30th Silla king, King Munmu (문무왕).

Taken from 달맞이길 (Dalmaji-gil Road). The name of the road literally means "Moon Rising", and so it's become a popular destination to watch the moon rise on the lunar new year's first full moon.

Staying at the Renaissance Seoul Hotel in Yeoksam-dong, which is part of the Gangnam district, I took this photo from my hotel room. The colors, while still vibrant, are a bit muted due to the rain showers that day. There's something very futuristic about looking out your window and seeing a never-ending sea of buildings.
