How many different ways can I describe the overwhelming feelings of calm, tranquility and exquisite beauty of this tiny Himalayan wonderland? I fear that I'm running out of adjectives that do this place justice.

There's two main seasons when people tend to visit Bhutan - spring and autumn. Autumn has the benefit of seeing the black-necked cranes and the changing colors of the valleys. Spring on the other hand has the benefit of everything being in bloom, which is when I visited.
