There's Still Space Left
Not my first nor even second photo of an overcrowded truck in a developing country. I could probably create a gallery of photos like this. It's a reality of life in many countries that may be a bit shocking to those accustomed to having their own cars. In a way, I guess it's more environmentally friendly to see so many people share a vehicle.
There are some small village streets near the entrance to walk up Mt. Popa. Walk is a loose term. Really you're going up a bunch of stairs barefoot that are regularly cleaned by locals looking for donations. Always fun to see some local culture.
