The Crisp Blue Sky Above Arches National Park
After visiting the Windows and Turret Arch for a somewhat quiet sunrise (which did at least result in seeing my second-ever double rainbow), I spent another hour or so checking out Arches National Park in the limited time I had before driving back to Salt Lake City to catch my flight home. It's a beautiful park, one I hope to go back to someday to explore further.
I'm always impressed at how it seems like there can be so many truly unique natural formations in such a relatively small area. It makes me wonder what the landscapes were like before the colonization of America. Were there many other majestic landscapes and unique settings that were destroyed one way or another?
Not too long after sunrise, the sky highlighted the beautiful landscape below it.
