Ma-Deng (The White Building)

This now decrepit and dilapidated building on Sothearos Boulevard was originally constructed in the 60s for public housing. Over time though, it has been maintenance-deferred and, according to the Phnom Penh municipality, now in danger of collapsing. While the rest of Phnom Penh generally looks much better than this, due to its location and state of disrepair it's become quite famous. It's sort of an unofficial tour stop if you're visiting Phnom Penh.
