Faces of Burma Part 9
This young girl was selling t-shirts outside the Khay Min Gha Temple alongside what appeared to be her dad. Both of them were beaming with smiles and such a bright, beautiful positive attitude. It was a noticeable difference from some of the other sellers I've encountered.
It must be a tough life hawking t-shirts to tourists. While there's a good number of tourists pouring in, I don't know how many are buying. They are quite cheap - everywhere you go they seem to be $1-$2, which makes you wonder how there's any profit in them, but when $1-2 might buy you a meal I guess the scales are different.
