Robots From The Future Have Arrived
You never know what you'll find in Japan. Came across this scene while walking through Takayama, which is roughly 200 miles outside of Tokyo. I feel like, this is what people in the 1950s might have envisioned the future to look like. Little alien robots driving tiny little cars.
You can still feel the full impact of technology in Japan. Perhaps particularly so in Akihabara (Tokyo), where the numerous electronics stores and arcades pile up on one another. This kind of urban exploration is something I've definitely shied away from in more recent years as I seek out more remote, isolated and naturally beautiful destinations on this giant blue marble.
