Just Standing Around

As part of the celebrations for the 100th birthday of the Great Leader Kim Il-sung, North Korea put on the April Spring Friendship Art Festival. Filled with various performers, there were a number of cute children putting on meticulously planned performances. Well dressed for the festival, booties and all.
