Burmese Temple Hopping
I'm not sure there's anywhere else in the world where "temple hopping" is as convenient as it is in Burma. Going around all the different temples and pagodas in and around Bagan is pretty incredible. Thousands of beautiful ancient structures clustered so closely together. And at the end of the day, you find one you like and just enjoy sunset views like this one.
One of the more convenient ways to get around is to rent an electric scooter. I did this, but, the challenge is in making sure you get a good battery. In the end, I'm not sure if I got a bad battery or I just jotted between temples too much, but I basically rode back to my hotel on a whimper of amps.
Push the throttle, get about 3-4 seconds of acceleration between the battery would cut out and I would be coasting. Over and over again until I thankfully made it back.
Still, that view though! Worth it!
